Job Description:

Job Requirements:
  • Coordinate and monitor all administrative functions for the Sales force platform, including the monitoring and coordinating of functional administrators.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
  • Help define and enhance security policy and procedures for SFDC including user, data, reporting and content access.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management and SDLC policies.
  • Evaluate all third party applications proposed by functional user groups and administrators.
  • Ensures that all third party applications are tested prior implementation.
  • Manage 3rd party applications in the Sales force eco-system (example: Financial Force, Power Dialer, etc.).
  • Review and coordinate all configurations, enhancements and application installations.
  • Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
  • Work with IT and business project teams to analyze complex business problems and provide guidance how to best implement the solutions in Sales forceContributes to cross functional projects that involve integration between Sales force and other applicationsResearch system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions
  • Assist all departments with data analysis and reporting needs
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • At Least 7 years Sales force administration experience
  • At Least 7 years Sales force implementation experience
  • At Least 7 years Sales force production support experience
  • Understanding of Sales and Support processes
  • Experience with integrating Sales force with ERP, Collaboration and data warehouse solutionsDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
Additional Desired Experience
  • Experience in training and providing client support within the Sales force environment
  • Experience with development languages (Apex, Visual Force, C#, JavaScript) a plus
