Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor\'s Degree or proven related experience required
- 5+ years demonstrated reporting experience including development and analysis of HRIS reporting
- Must possess a demonstrated understating of user interface display and how it relates to back end data structures and business processes
- Previous Oracle, PeopleSoft or ADP Vantage reporting experience required
- Database administrator experience and system troubleshooting experience
- Thorough knowledge of MS Access databases, to include writing and development.
- Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external customersAdditional Requirements
- Working knowledge of Accounting accrual principles and the General Ledger process
- Experience in transitioning from one HRIS to another strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detailEssential FunctionsPartner with HR, Payroll, and Accounting to assist in the support and upgrades of the HRIS system and support systems administration tasks
- Manage security settings for end-users to ensure the confidentiality of our employment data
- Act as the project manager for implementation of HRIS modules company wide
- Act as the primary report contact for all report requests generated out of our HRIS system.
- Design, document, implement, and monitor ad hoc/ongoing reports in the HRIS system to accurately reflect internal and external customer requirements capturing data that can be efficiently analyzed to manage our business operations
