Role: HRIS Administrator
Location:Saint Petersburg, FL
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or proven related experience required
  • 5+ years demonstrated reporting experience including development and analysis of HRIS reporting
  • Must possess a demonstrated understating of user interface display and how it relates to back end data structures and business processes
  • Previous Oracle, PeopleSoft or ADP Vantage reporting experience required
  • Database administrator experience and system troubleshooting experience
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Access databases, to include writing and development.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external customersAdditional Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Accounting accrual principles and the General Ledger process
  • Experience in transitioning from one HRIS to another strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detailEssential FunctionsPartner with HR, Payroll, and Accounting to assist in the support and upgrades of the HRIS system and support systems administration tasks
  • Manage security settings for end-users to ensure the confidentiality of our employment data
  • Act as the project manager for implementation of HRIS modules company wide
  • Act as the primary report contact for all report requests generated out of our HRIS system.
  • Design, document, implement, and monitor ad hoc/ongoing reports in the HRIS system to accurately reflect internal and external customer requirements capturing data that can be efficiently analyzed to manage our business operations
