- 3+ years of experience designing web UI for consumer-facing products.
- Minimum 1 year responsive design experience.
- Strong visual design skills and understanding of web typography, with a portfolio that shows this off.
- Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices especially with regards to responsive design.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, work independently and build strong relationships with cross-functional team partners.Interest in beauty, hair care & color products a plus.
- e-Commerce experience a big plus
