JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create UI/UX components as required - menus, stats and inventory screens, in-game HUD elements, etc.to set a quality bar for other designers and artists to follow.
- Help design, construct, document and enforce pipelines to deliver competitive, cutting edge assets.
- Create, document and communicate guidelines, directories and procedures.
- Motivate, mentor and inspire UI team, guiding them through various stages of production with clear direction.
- Regularly review UI/UX assets.Assist the UI/UX engineers in the implementation of UI/UX components.
- Coordinate and update production assignments for the UI/UX team.
- Accountable for UI team deliverables, ensuring that they meet the defined objectives, and scheduled requirements.
- Evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to indentify best practices and encourage innovation.Provide rapid prototypes for frequent usability testing to evaluate and respond to usability data.
