Determine appropriate application solutions to business requirements and develop detailed design specifications that include appropriate input from developers and business partners
Participate in the design, setup, and testing of system configurations to appropriately support the integrated business requirements.
Participate in projects to implement new or extended functionality.
Provide support and maintenance of client PLM solution.Work proactively in identifying areas of improvement for the operations team.
Provide on-going support and training for users of existing systems as well as new functionality.
Set priorities and categories of user requests and assigned development projects.
Gather requirements from business partners and translate into technical requirements for Agile team.
Provide subject matter expertise on the Agile PLM system.
Ensure system changes and enhancements are completed in compliance with regulations.
Provide superior customer service to the user community.
Offer support and guidance for the Agile team.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of functional experience in system administration and support specifically in the area of manufacturing execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training and/or experience in the administration of Siemens\' MES product, Camstar
Experience developing Agile Process Extensions
Experience with integrations between Agile and erp, mes or other enterprise solutions
