Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting: Drives the design,
- development and delivery of enterprise HR Analytics and Dashboards.Works with cross-functional teams to design and deliver reoccurring and ad-hoc reports.
- Imports, Clean/Scrubs and Validates data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
- Collects data from multiple HR systems and presents data in charts, graphs, tables and/or Dashboards.
- Improve data quality for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SAS, and others.
- Provides timely responses to Internal and External Auditors requests for data.
- Responsible for both technical and functional requirements, specifications and testing of all HR Systems custom reportsData Management: Performs all aspects of the data maintenance & data management for HR systems.
- Lead projects which impact data maintenance in HR systems, including mass updates.Responsible for data entry, data audits and overall data integrity of HR systems while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Identifies and corrects incomplete, improperly formatted and/or incorrect data through final review and approval of system workflow.
- System Troubleshooting: Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users for HR Systems.Respond to and update user account issues including password resets.
- Responsible for reviewing and escalating complex incidents to second level support through IT ticketing systemEffectively manage multiple ongoing projects related to HR systems and data.
- Other duties as assigned.Desired Skills and ExperiencePREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required Experience with Analytics and Dashboard creationMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a comparable environment.
- Must possess 1 + years of experience with Human Resources principles and 2+ years of experience in an Information Technology environment.Self-motivated and proven ability to work in a fast paced, small team environment.
- Experience with validating data, analyzing large datasets, drawing ones own conclusions/ inferences and presenting resultsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Extensive MS Excel skills.
- Capable of working with others in a team environment. Strong team contributor who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplinesStrong verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to express key points in a clear manner.
- Extremely detail-oriented.Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively to various audiences.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Company policies/procedures.
