• Work closely with members of all departments, primarily Sales, Campaign Management and Technology, to gather project specs and deployment procedures
• Create dynamic interfaces fed by live, server-generated content or XML
• Maintain existing products by implementing new features and fixing bugs as needed
• Develop custom ad solutions (animated and dynamic units using front-end technologies)Design and build prototypes and demos for new or existing products
• Design application GUIs and work with the Technology team to implement
• Create, update, maintain and improve Vibrant corporate websites
• Build custom tools to help streamline internal procedures for the creative department

Skills:

• Dreamweaver or code based development software, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Technical Skills: Interface Design, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON (Emphasis on JavaScript)Strong portfolio showing a balance of development and design
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Write clean, maintainable, and well organized CSS
• Write well-documented high performance JavaScript code
• Ability to integrate dynamic content such as RSS Feeds and social APIs
• Ability to optimize graphics for efficient load-times Mobile specific technologies and understanding of mobile limitations
• Experience with file source control software such as Git
• Experience building designs and applications which act consistently across all browsers and platforms
