Position Description Client is seeking a Sales force developer to guide the development effort of Sales forces and Force.com applications for Client departments and programs.
This role will work closely with other Sales force Developers and Admins, business owners and project managers to develop and deploy Lightening based applications.
This role will also work with the client Sales force team as thought partner on application and org strategy for current and future applications.
The candidate must be hands-on and have proven experience in developing and enhancing Sales force.com in a diverse working environment.
Proven experience in implementing Lightning Experience on a Sales force classic org and experience configuring third-party integrations.
You may be asked to show examples of your work from your Sales force developer environment. Projects will include a project management application heavily leveraging Sales force Process Builder and reporting.
The position may also involve building and configuring existing apps including a platform for research participant recruitment and tracking, and an internal finance tool using a native Sales force approval process.

Responsibilities:

Work in small teams or independently to design and build solutions on the Sales force Force.com platform, using Visual force, Apex, standard and custom Lightning components.
Work collaboratively with in-house designers, developers, and project managers.
Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations.
Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers and email alerts.
Create solutions that integrate Sales force with other development platforms and services to accomplish outcomes that neither system could achieve independently.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Lightning, Visual force, and Apex coding.
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated complex problem solving and keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work on projects in parallel.

Qualifications Requirements:

5+ years of experience working as a Sales force Developer.
Proven experience building components of a Sales force system in the effort to support core business processes.
Excellent knowledge of Sales force.com technical architecture.
Experience with all phases of the systems development life cycle.
Experience with Lightning migration on an organization with over 100 users across several profiles.
Proven expertise building custom Lightning components, Lighting apps, and building pages in Lightning.
Experience with Lightning Design System a plus.
Strong knowledge of Chatter for internal use and use via Partner Communities.
Strong knowledge with custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, approval processes, flows and flow triggers.
Skills in Sales force development (including APEX, Visual Force, Sales force APIs, and JavaScript).
Hands-on experience with reports, dashboards, and data management/manipulation.
Experience integrating third-party applications to Sales force.
Advanced Developer certification is a plus Experience with creation and management of Partner Communities is a plus
