Location:Lawrenceville, GA

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

NETSUITE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

• Key member of team implementing NetSuite, from design through UAT and go-live, to post go-live optimizations and follow-on development efforts
• Collaborate with users to understand their business processes and support their optimized use of NetSuite and other 3rd party systems
• Manage NetSuite integration with internal and external systems
• Function as NetSuite Administrator, to include user access and maintain proper system access / roles / rights
• Internal customer focus with demonstrated business process perspective, to include support user requests for saved searches, new / custom reports, KPIs and dashboards
• Plan, review and manage change configurations, customization and any 3rd party integration requests
• Manage business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
• Primary point of contact for application support managing escalations to NetSuite Support
• Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows
• Remain current in relevant technologies
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
• 2+ years NetSuite administration, Certified NetSuite Administrator preferred
• 5+ years professional work experience with some, or all, of it in finance or banking environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, familiarity with BI tools (Adaptive Insights and QlikView used in house)
