Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:
- Point of contact for employees & HR Managers to assist with all aspects of employee benefits including resvolving claim issues, benefits education, qualifying life events, etc.
- Works with third party administrators by preparing and transmitting file feeds and resolving discrepencies
- Assists in the preparation of employee benefits communications including print, digital, web, and video
- Responsible for the planning of the annual Health Fair
- Assists the Benefits Manager with annual Open Enrollment
- Assists with special projects on various benefit issues as needed
- Ensures compliance with all regulations as it relates to Health and Welfare Plans including theprotection of employees PHI
- Promptly responds to benefit requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor
Bachelors Degree
- Customer service experience
- Experience assisting a department or supervisor with various tasks and projects
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Organization skills including time management and the ability to balance conflicting priorities inorder to ensure completion of essential projects and tasks
- The ability to thoughtfully communicate with employees, HR Associates, and vendors through a varietyof different methods in a way that is most beneficial to our audience.
- Ability to provide exceptional, timely, and professional customer service to employees and theirdependents
- 1+ Year of experience working with emplpoyee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, COBRA,Ancillary, FMLA, Spending Accounts, and 401k/ESOP
- Familiarity with ADP Health & Welfare
- Experience being trusted with and responsible for protecting confidential information
