Must have the ability to gather, analyze, and display data using tables, charts, graphs, etc., in a manner conducive for quality presentations to customers and internal staff.
Data Analysis which leads to finding root cause.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions working with the various departments within the company.
Ensures that we implement, and maintain appropriate processes and procedures needed for compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Write procedures and work instructions as needed.
Non conformance reporting including driving corrective and preventive actions to improve business processes.
Resolves quality issues with vendors and customers with corrective actions.
Trains employees on quality methodologies, policies, and procedures as needed.
