Job Description:
Major Responsibilities
- Work with Operations to create and develop a Workforce Program to meet the needs of stops
- Supervise Workforce Program staff members
- Design, Implement and Manage labor model and processes
- Develop and maintain interfaces in the Workforce software
- Gather requirements from internal/external customers and provide solutions for Time and Attendance, Task
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in development and application implementation of Workforce Management Software
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to test and validate any changes, enhancements, or technical issues
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations for the development and maintenance of business solutions Other duties as assigned
Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience and/or certification
- 5+ years labor modeling experience
- 5+ years business analysis experience
- Experience using Reflexis or other labor modeling software
- Retail experience preferred
- High proficiency in modeling and manipulating data, forecasting and variance reporting.
Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor modeling and labor modeling software.
- Working knowledge of Reflexis a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent listening and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business terms to all levels of management;
- Highly self-motivated and directed; keen attention to detail; proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Strong customer service orientation; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Typical Physical Demands:Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
