  • Annual operating plan, forecasting, and financial analysis functions. Performs a variety of finance functions to support the maintenance of accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities include performing in-depth data analysis and communicating results and recommendations to various groups and cross-functional teams across the business.
  • Develop and apply standardized and rigorous approach to financial analysis related to procurement such as Cost saving methodology, Annual Budget/ Forecasting analysis, Line of Business (LOB) impact analysis
  • Provide analytical support for souring activities by performing Spend analysis, Feasibility analysis, Cost/Benefit analysis, Process analysis
  • Develop, Track, and report savings, spending compliance and variances, communicate findings with procurement leaders, finance and LOBs
  • Assists with the preparation of monthly performance metrics and executive reporting package.
  • Drive decisions by providing analytical support through forecasting, performance metrics, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Improve existing finance processes to accelerate analysis for proactive identification of business risks and opportunities.
  • Become subject matter expert for BI tools and enhancementsMaintains a current knowledge of accounting practices, accounting operations and company operations.
  • Participates in internal audits assists with internal audits, interacts with auditors as needed and prepares reports.
Qualifications

Education

  • Requires a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Qualifications

  • Five years+ accounting or finance required related experience, preferred in Sourcing/Supply Chain environmentAbove average computer skills, primarily Excel.
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle E1 JDE helpful.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of challenging status quo and driving business performance through financial analytics
