Manage user roles and rights in the company ERP system. Monitor Audit and security logs in the company ERP system.
Create and modify Reports to support end user needs.
Create and modify Oneview watch lists to support end-user needs.
Create and implement training material using UPK. Analyze and troubleshoot ERP issues reported by end users.
Perform training classes.
Create and implement training material using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK).
Maintain and document license compliance for the Company ERP system.
Troubleshoot end user issues with the JDE interface.
Troubleshoot issues with the JDE full client.
Troubleshoot end user reporting and dashboard issues.
Perform system maintenance on screen and report creation. Under the supervision of the ERP Administrator Test and deploy patches and new releases to the ERP system.
Under the direction of the ERP Administrator provide server side support and maintenance.
All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Expertise in Microsoft SQL server. Understanding of local area networking technologies.
Ability to edit and create automations scripts in JavaScript or other scripting language.
Familiarity in JD Edwards Oneview reporting or similar such as Crystal, SSRS, Cognos, etc.
Strong research skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum two (2) years with JDE Enterprise
One 9.1 or later, or one (1) year JDE Enterpriseone and another ERP system totaling four (4) years experience. (e.g. JDE World, Oracle e-Business, SAP)
