Responsibilities:
- The Global Time and Attendance Team is looking for a Technical Manager to play a key role configuring and implementing Kronos Workforce Central.
- The purpose of this job is to configure and provide support for Kronos Workforce Central version 8.0 and greater.
- Activities include but are not limited to troubleshooting second and third tier user requests or issues, resolving system and data problems.
- This job will perform routine system maintenance, maintaining error logs and resolving data and interface errors.
- The job includes testing of system changes, loading of data and reporting from various HR Systems and tools with special focus on system configuration within the Kronos applications and WIM.
- Knowledge of the Kronos system to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
- Strong WIM interface skills in creating, modifying and debugging Interfaces
- Experience in Visual Studio in Report Writing with creating and modifying RDL reports along with custom report setup in Kronos.
- Configure/troubleshoot In Touch Time Clocks
- Able to create, modify and troubleshoot SQL queries
- Defines technical standards and standard operating procedures for application configuration to ensure clear communication of system setup needs for other team members.
- Provides technical and process expertise to the Human Resource and Financial Teams on the Kronos application.
- Maintains and tracks all issues/work using standard Issue Tracking System.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectationsCreates and maintains system documentation.
- Works on enhancements and special projects as needed.
- Works independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 years of hands on technical experience in Kronos 6.0 version or greater
- Experience configuring Kronos WFC applications and features, e.g.
- Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday schedules, Accruals, Attendance, Pay Code Distributions, Function Access Profiles, Data Access Profiles, Hyperfind Queries.
- Strong skills in creating, modifying and scheduling of Interfaces and interfacing between People Soft, ADP and other Third Party Vendors.
- Able to write Stored Procedures and create reports in Visual Studio.
- Strong technical knowledge of the TKCSDB and other underlying tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.
