- The Web Developer - User Interface/Web Development is responsible for developing and updating dynamic web properties for .
- This includes HTML, CSS (MODX) and JavaScript coding, and assisting in the QA, testing and actual publishing of the companys digital content and websites (primarily www.mygrande.com).

- In This Role, Your Primary Responsibilities Will IncludeCreates intuitive web user interface and standards via HTML, CSS MODX/Hubspot), jQuery, Javascript, and PHP to create a compelling customer experience online.
- Creates mobile compliant websites with responsive templates.
- Expands CMS (MODX/Hubspot) core functionality via third party apps and plugins as well as integrations with ecommerce and CRM.Builds and implements custom UI designs.
- Responsible for creating a positive customer journey, through the website and into ecommerce workflow.
- Takes part in the planning/roadmap of a website, meeting with multiple departments to discuss ideas for the layout and organization of the site, images to use (photos, illusrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall interface, functionality and design of the site.
- Provides mock-ups, wireframes and comps based on business requirements.
- Provides and implements sound SEO tactics for search engine optimization for company sites.
- Provides site analytics via Google analytics and webmaster tools for website and ecommerce.
- Assists in the QA and troubleshooting of issues.
- Estimates work and timelines for achieving project milestones.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and helps translate business requirements to deliverables.

- Our Ideal Candidate Will PossessHigh school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Web Design, or other design related field required or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum five years proven experience with web development and content creation for medium to large sized corporations.Five or more years experience in web design.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of Responsive Design practices and mobile interfaces.
- Strong sense of branding guidelines.
- Background in graphic design or design related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Webmaster tools, HTML, CSS (MODX/Hubspot), Jquery, Javascript, and PHP with previous experience in updating and managing cloud based websites and integrating with ecommerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of integrating and automating integration of backend systems (billing, CRM, database) with front-end web interface to create an intuitive web interface.
- Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, responsive and mobile designs and general web functions and standards.
- Experience in planning and delivering web interface used across platforms and applications.
- Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
- Strong Google Analytics or web analytics experience reporting on key
- KPIs that support business goals and objectives (SQL/Excel/Google Analytics).
