Collect and process multiple client payrolls using ADP Workforce Now 10 that are bi-weekly, bi-monthly, multi-state, and multi-location.
Processes manual checks when necessary.
Maintains employee records to include processing new hires, terminations, status changes, address changes, tax changes, direct deposits, pay rate changes and garnishments, etc.
Understands proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
Provides prompt response to payroll questions from employees and managers.
Processes employee advances, expense reports and deductions.
Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
Payroll Post processing includes updating garnishments, submitting answers to garnishments, sending in garnishment termination letters.
Completes client payroll tax liabilities filings and payments.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and non-taxable wages.
Assists in the planning and implementation of year end processes.
Is highly organized and prioritizes workload and meets deadlines.
Ensures compliance with company policies and client instructions.
Additional special projects and research driven by business needs.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now 10 (preferred, but not mandatory)
2-5 years of payroll experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
