Job Description:
Responsibilities Include
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of duties related to research, development, coordination, assessment and analysis of marketing strategies
- Research using available print and online resources including Crains Business Database, Data.com, LinkedIn, various industry publications, and the Internet
- Select appropriate research techniques and methods, set priorities, and establish timelines for assigned projects
- Assist with online research for the commercial real estate industry and corporate clients in transition
- Assist in the development, planning, and creation of outreach materials and marketing collateral, including e-marketing and direct mail pieces
- Market Research, online/publication research for IL, WI & MI commercial real estate markets
- Create marketing campaigns with our HubSpot Marketing Automation System
- Populating data and running queries using Excel & Netsuite CRM system
- Data-mining and audience segmentation for marketing campaign activities
- Communicating and working in conjunction with our internal Workplace Solutions Managers and Business Development Team
- Data cleansing projects and maintenance, as well as list building projects using various tools and online research
- Research target companies to develop complete and accurate account and contact profiles
- Impeccable research and investigative skills
- Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Interest in business-to-business marketplace
- Proficient in CRM and Marketing Automation software
- Netsuite experience desired
- HubSpot experience desired
- Able to make sound judgments and draw logical conclusions
- Able to manage and coordinate events
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Solid project management and organization and works well independently on research projects
