Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements test automation using Worksoft, manage libraries of test scripts, partner with infrastructure teams to build advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Mentors teammates on advanced automation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Designs quality assurance tests for infrastructure changes to avoid issues with network or system upgrades.
  • Acts as point of contact for technical, process, and security aspects of quality assurance for the software development life-cycle.
  • Supports customer satisfaction on business process outsourcing and other projects by ensuring all business requirements are met and complete documentation delivered with a high degree of quality.
  • Participates in project planning by ensuring quality assurance processes are defined and included in the initial project scope.
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews of projects to identify potential improvements to processes.
  • Responsible for the development, design and implementation of industry standard processes.
  • Develops and delivers protocols and procedures.
  • Analyzes development documents and processes to create test cases ensuring that delivered products meet business requirements.
  • Maintains a high degree of knowledge in quality assurance methodologies, emerging technology and trends in IT.
  • Ensures regulatory and contractual compliance within all QA processes.Lead, mentor and direct the work of others.
  • Leads special projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Worksoft Experience Required.
  • 6-8 years of related experience.
  • SAP experience preferred.
