Job Description:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for Inventory Management, Spinal Mobilization, Infection Control and Diabetic Care.
- Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc.
- Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organizations presence and status in the market.
- This includes company catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs.
- Perform market research to uncover customer requirements.
- Work with Manufacturer Partners to develop cross-promotional activities.
- Contribute to sales rep clinical training programs and product training.
- Monitor the marketplace and competition, perform market and competitive analysis, and adjust marketing plans and initiatives accordingly.
- Develop and manage marketing department budget for Inventory Management, Spinal Mobilization, Infection Control and Diabetic Care.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of Inventory Management, Spinal Mobilization, Infection Control and Diabetic Care, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.Manage the development and distribution of all collateral materials.
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
- Experience in a value-added distribution industry, business-to-business selling environment, or the health products industry desired.
- Medical/Clinical experience.
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the public.
- Technical skills including planning, marketing, business and market development, market research, and promotions/advertising.
- Strong analytical skills (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.CRM experience helpful.
- Able to successfully work in a changing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
