Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Administer and support of Salesforce cases. Provide application users with technical support; Log and track identified system problems through to resolution. Maintain processes for enhanced sustainability. Uphold workflow rules, formula fields, approval rules, configuration of single or multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.? Develop and create customized reports and dashboards; manage and maintain email templates and triggers. Create and document new application requirements by working together with those involved in specifying enhancements and requests. Drive best practices for using Chatter and Chatter groups. Inform application users about system functionality and enhancements.? Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help with development of user guide materials for users as applications are developed. Devise training program and provide training to new SFDC users. Essential and Desirable Skills and Experience: 2 years + experience in the customization and maintenance of Salesforce.com and software applications. (E) 1 year + experience on Salesforce report and dashboard builder (E) Excellent Communication skills (E) Work experience in an IT projects role delivering to business management teams (E) Salesforce.com CRM Administration Certification: ADM201 or ADM211 (D) Understanding of Process Flows (Process Builder) (D) Docusign Experience (D) Experience in working within an Agile environment (D) i2 years + experience in the customization and maintenance of Salesforce.com and software applications.
