• Has demonstrated significant growth over the past 2 year and is building out their FP &A and reporting capabilities.
• We are looking for Corporate FP &A Sr. Analyst to start tying together the different businesses.
• They will own creation and reporting of finance and operating metrics.
• This highly visible role will report into the Head of Finance and will partner closely with the CFO, Data & Analytics team, and the COO.
  

Responsibilities

• Consolidation of operations and financial data across the business sales, marketing, payments, customer service, loan origination etc.
  
• Develop and enhance monthly close package including building out a monthly / quarterly forecasting process
  
• Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to define operating metrics and reporting
  
• Run Quarterly Business Review process across the company
  
• Ad-hoc analysis on topics including commissions, workforce productivity, lead monetization, Cash flow etc.
  

Requirements

• 3 ? 5 years experience in financial analysis in a fast paced environment
  
• Experience creating and updating financial models
  
• Ability to work independently, curious, who will drive an issue from problem statement to completion
  
• Comfort with manipulating large datasets, drawing conclusion and presenting findings
  
• Team player and highly motivated.
  
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Workday) and enterprise planning software (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion)
  
• SQL skills a plus but not required
  
• Experience working with data analysts and/or business partnering
