Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

Description:
General corporate functions applied to IT: budgeting, financial and contracts management, audit, compliance, human resources, training and development.
Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities.
Typically leads implementation of new technologies and manages highly complex project or multiple projects of small to moderate size and risk concurrently.
Serves as a consultant to help define, assess, and monitor the technical aspects of strategic projects and programs.
Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.
Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
Sales Force Certification in Platform Developer II or higher or Advanced Developer (5+ years)
Sales Force Certification in Service Cloud Consultant (3+ years)
APEX technology experience (5 years)
Required Skills/Experience
Managed large projects ranging from $500K to $1M in budget.
System Life cycle Development Methodology including Requirements Management /Analysis/Design thru Deployment experience
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management business operations.
Acts as a primary liaison with the user area for development and modifications to existing Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Competent to work at a high technical level for the entire application development life-cycle.
Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports those processes; expected to quickly become a SME and advocate for the business needs.
Partners with leadership to define ad communicate long-term technology strategies and planning for the enterprise.
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Utilizes solid knowledge of the Salesforce standards and terminology.
Extensive creativity required across areas of expertise.

Preferred Skills/Experience
Minimum ten (10) years related experience preferred.
Knowledge of ETL Tools, Informatica preferred.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor degree preferred
