Job Description:

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the overall digital strategy and manage the multi-channel marketing execution.
  • Partner and work with marketing, IT, agencies and 3rd party vendors and other teams to establish coordination of unbranded and branded message, touchpoints and frequency across customer-facing digital channels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory issues impacting product marketing in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Present and bring digital projects through legal and regulatory F2F review meetings and work within the online review system.
  • As part of the digital team, develop and execute the TX-004HR digital marketing plan, based on the optimization of digital channels aligned to customer insights.
  • Partner with TX-004HR brand team to optimize go-to-market approaches through effective use of digital, including both traditional digital marketing and shaping new digitally-enabled products and services.
  • Address brand and customer needs through compelling digital strategies and solutions, including rationale, recommended approach, and tactical execution requirements.
  • Be accountable for performance of TX-004HR digital programs, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and demand generation programs to measure success.
  • Partner and guide TX-004HR brand marketers in evaluating/selecting digital marketing activities and budget for brands, and in identifying approaches for execution that best align with brand objectives.
  • Maintain digital subject matter expertise rooted in best practices while demonstrating new, innovative thinking.
  • Work with the Director, Digital Marketing and Vice President of Marketing to establish appropriate digital unbranded VVA and branded TX-004HR budgets.
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.Other Duties

Qualifications

  • Digital pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Up to 3 years or more of pharmaceutical or life science industry experience required.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the role digital plays in the marketing mix.
  • Pharmaceutical launch experience - womenâ??s health experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer insight skills and the ability to translate those insights into business ideas.
  • Ability to generate strong social media presence through thoughtful campaigns.
  • Experience with web measurement/analytics a plus.
  • A passion for understanding the customer mindset and staying abreast of the latest media and digital trends.
  • Exceptional writing, verbal, communication/presentation, and influence skills.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion - on time and within budget.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet compressed timelines.
