Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee all retail sales and operations to include new production and end user relationships. Manage all Supplier / Vendor set up and negotiations.
Grow Ecommerce business to include management of inventory offerings, collections, user experience via website & app, pricing, margins, messaging, shipping and growth of new customer base.
Grow retail business units financial impact to the overall company through agreed upon measures and expectations
Track, report and analyze operational sales data and make recommendations to proactively identify and address areas of opportunity.
Work with existing resources to develop strategies to acquire new wholesale customers and identify opportunities to grow existing sales.
Oversee the development of all marketing on brochures, direct mail pieces, email marketing and other retail collateral to include promotional items and holiday retail sales.
Oversee the account orders including order changes, substitutions, confirmations, and shipping status, order tracking, status of purchase orders, shipments and inventories
Oversee the management of an outside sales representative to ensure brand development, marketing, and outside sales success.
Work with the owners and senior leadership team to create the Lifestyle brand for national exposure
Oversee the production of annual Farmstead Catalog
Maintain and update the retail web site
Assignment of other duties as needed
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.
