Job Description:
Responsibilities
Tactically execute digital marketing strategies across all assigned channels.
Ensure consistent, cohesive messaging and targeting.
Manage marketing spend by channel and in aggregate to optimal levels.
Identify new opportunities to drive traffic, brand value and revenue through digital means.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to management.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role will perform the following tasks specific to individual channels:
Paid Search: keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and trademark infringement monitoring.
SEO: Use third party tools to audit site for SEO issues and opportunities, prioritize and communicate to appropriate departments, provide insights to other teams as needed, monitoring for brand reputation.
Affiliate: Recruiting and building relationships with affiliates, monitoring affiliate behavior and performance, approving or denying new affiliate requests.
Display Adverting: Ad creation, bid management, audience selection
Marketplace: Optimize listings, create promotions, police third party listings.

Requirements
BA/BS degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
Prior eCommerce or marketing Experience preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; Intermediate mathematical skills able to calculate discounts, percentages, etc.
Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word ? advanced Excel skills preferred
Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still fostering strong interdepartmental cooperation
Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, ability to adapt to changing business needs and still hit deadlines.
