Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Tactically execute digital marketing strategies across all assigned channels.
- Ensure consistent, cohesive messaging and targeting.
- Manage marketing spend by channel and in aggregate to optimal levels.
- Identify new opportunities to drive traffic, brand value and revenue through digital means.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to management.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role will perform the following tasks specific to individual channels:
- Paid Search: keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and trademark infringement monitoring.
Affiliate: Recruiting and building relationships with affiliates, monitoring affiliate behavior and performance, approving or denying new affiliate requests.
Display Adverting: Ad creation, bid management, audience selection
Marketplace: Optimize listings, create promotions, police third party listings.
- Additional channels as they launch or are assigned
- BA/BS degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
- Prior eCommerce or marketing Experience preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; Intermediate mathematical skills able to calculate discounts, percentages, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word ? advanced Excel skills preferred
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still fostering strong interdepartmental cooperation
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, ability to adapt to changing business needs and still hit deadlines.
- Exceptional accuracy and detail-focus.
