Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Tactically execute digital marketing strategies across all assigned channels.
  • Ensure consistent, cohesive messaging and targeting.
  • Manage marketing spend by channel and in aggregate to optimal levels.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive traffic, brand value and revenue through digital means.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to management.
  • In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role will perform the following tasks specific to individual channels:
  • Paid Search: keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and trademark infringement monitoring.
SEO: Use third party tools to audit site for SEO issues and opportunities, prioritize and communicate to appropriate departments, provide insights to other teams as needed, monitoring for brand reputation.

Affiliate: Recruiting and building relationships with affiliates, monitoring affiliate behavior and performance, approving or denying new affiliate requests.

Display Adverting: Ad creation, bid management, audience selection

Marketplace: Optimize listings, create promotions, police third party listings.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior eCommerce or marketing Experience preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; Intermediate mathematical skills able to calculate discounts, percentages, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word ? advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still fostering strong interdepartmental cooperation
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, ability to adapt to changing business needs and still hit deadlines.
  • Exceptional accuracy and detail-focus.
  • Strong business acumen
