Job Description:
- The Business Strategy department provides business insights using analytics and helps teams drive new initiatives and solutions forward.
- As a Business Technology Analyst, you will define the technology frameworks and systems required to solve business problems, implement solutions and present findings.
- You ll partner with stakeholders across a variety of Athletics business units, including
- Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales & Service, Marketing, Sponsorship, Development, Fan Experience, Video, Communications, Finance and Information
- Technology, to enhance the departments strategic and operational business capabilities in the following domains ticketing systems, data warehousing, business intelligence tools, mobile applications, marketing automation systems,
- CRM systems and telephony.
