Job Description:
SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, maintaining the financial integrity of the company, review of financial transactions and in assisting with financial planning activities. As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will have the opportunity to help drive a variety of new initiatives and support our rapidly growing organization.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- This position is a exempt and full-time role.
- This position is located at San Mateo office.
ESSENTIAL TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Include the following steps to provide simplicity and service to our clients. Others may be assigned.
- Prepare monthly and annual financials, monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis and metrics for distribution to management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Participate in the monthly close process
- New and Lost business reporting, monitoring and financial impact reporting
- Deem expense reporting, monitoring, identifying cost savings and policy development
- Perform various general ledger accounts analysis
- Prepare quarterly Agency Profile Reports
- Special projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor\'s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting)
- 2+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
