Experience

• Experience in either supply chain, materials management, MMIS, ERP, Item Data, contracts or procurement customer service
• 3 years of experience with procurement processes or data experience or procurement customer service 4+ years of experience in healthcare setting, procurement and or MMIS/ERP experience preferred
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Health Administration, Computer Science or a related field of study or 5+ years of relevant industry experience if no college degree.

Training

• Working knowledge of a Materials Management / Procurement / Supply Chain Information System and standard Office tools, such as Excel, Word and Power Point.

Certification

N/A N/A CMRP or APICS CPIM, Six Sigma

• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize work and work in cross-functional teams.
• Able to prepare and analyze spreadsheets and reports and comfortable with computer applications and tools.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.:

• Ability to run reports and spreadsheets.
• 3-5 years experience with MMIS (Infor Lawson ERP a plus) or ERP in a Supply Chain/Materials Management environment.
• Healthcare setting a plus. Strong Excel knowledge to be able to train others.
• Knowledge of database tools, Visio and effective time management
