Key Experience

• Worked in a Client/Partner environment. So, like our model, not just working in the capacity of the Client.
  
• Project Managing Small/Medium sized IT Projects with emphasis on ERP
  
• budgets between $100K and 250K, with a duration of 6 months to 1 year
  
• PMs that have done products like Oracle and SAP I think are overkill
  
• ERP Implementations in general
  
• Managing multiple software implementations and engagements at the same time
  
• NAV Projects is nice
  
• Agile Project Management a plus
  
• PMP Cert not required, but could be a plus
  

Responsibilities

• Project initiation via a kick off meeting
  
• Creation of a comprehensive work plan and ability to replan
  
• Sprint planning
  
• facilitation of key knowledge transfer between all team members
  
• Tactical resources scheduling.
  
• execute periodic status meetings
  
• provide periodic status reports
  
• provide periodic budget updates
  
• Deliver projects not just on time and on budget, but deliver them with GREAT VALUE to the Client.
  
• Must provide overall management oversight and critical task tracking to ensure that all goals and objectives are achieved while the overall health of the implementation is maintained throughout the life of the project.
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience managing ERP Projects
  
• An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Information Technology
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) products is preferred
  
• Onsite and Off Site work
