Job Description
- The business analyst (BA) role will involve a mix of technical and business process skills.
- The BA will serve as a liaison between all departments to come up with solutions to better our business processes or create new processes.
- The BA will also be responsible for pulling and analyzing data via our Data Warehouse through SQL queries to support critical business decisions.
- Building and Modifying reports.
- Research solutions for business processes.
- Learn the finer details of how our Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions and how it interacts with our other software and applications.
- Warehouse and/or Transportation environment experience is a plus â?? Not required.
- Crystal Reports experience is a plus Not required.
- Synapse Warehouse Management experience is a plus?? Not required.
- Microsoft Access and Excel skills are required.
