Job Description:

Position Overview:

  • This role helps to facilitate the content and technical objectives for both the Taylor and LOFT websites.
  • This role will lead major and minor projects relating to site content and features that translate to the core functionality on the both websites.
  • In addition, this person will assist with the trafficking and coordination of functional site elements in order to facilitate the execution of technical and creative initiatives for the website.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes including managing data related to product information, product imagery, promotions and pricing
  • Manages day to day activities with direct impact on Ecommerce business process improvements
  • Effectively communicates and escalates potential issues with recommended solutions and risk management to leadership
  • Management of site performance tools to aid in site performance enhancements and page stability.
  • Management of overall internal site search keywords establishing standards to reduce no search results and creation of additional website synonyms and redirects
  • QA/Test all launches of new content/functionality to website from development to the live websites
  • Test web site data before and after deployment to production environments
  • Assist with managing all site-related issues from internal or external departments
  • Helps to traffic and coordinate all aspects of production cycle in order to facilitate the execution of technical and creative initiatives for the website
  • Leads, leverages resources/tools, establishes plans, delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Support in communication of daily metrics related to site initiatives such as product reviews and product recommendations
  • Leverages data and business acumen to identify and respond to trends in the business that may impact site initiatives
  • Facilitates, coaches and drives productive discussions within cross functional teams, among peers and other level groups within the Ecommerce organization
  • Remains on track towards meeting project milestones and achieving pre-defined goals
  • Identifies and measures ROI on defined objectives and priorities for Ecommerce production
  • Collaborates and drive partnership across all Ecommerce areas functions
  • Manages special projects on an as-needed basis

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelora??s Degree required
  • Three or more years previous experience in e-commerce and/or software product management; retail preferred, but not required
  • Ability to cultivate productive vendor relationships
  • Proven project management skills
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with the following: HTML (heavy), Adobe Photoshop, VISIO, MS Project, search software and various content management systems and Ecommerce platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Able to effectively interact with cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
