1. 12-15 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
2. 5 Years of Customer Service  in Technology and Applications Delivery
3. Minimum 1 Year of experience with Salesforce
4. 5 Years of Business Analysis with requirements
5. 5 Years of experience with written communications Project Coordination
6. 1 Year of Agile methodology
