Reponsibilities::: Design, develop, automate, monitor and maintain Extract Transform Load (ETL) data movement applications Develop dashboards and reports to support clients consumer and industry marketing initiatives, as well as to monitor performance of other areas of the company Partner with internal business units to define, scope, plan, and build metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data driven decision making Perform specialized ad-hoc analysis as needed Become an expert in digital marketing analytics and provide trustworthy advice and analysis Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Deliver structured analyses to client leadership to support strategic and operational planning and execution Partner with Product and Technology teams to architect and implement data capture and tracking methodologies Ideal Candidate Understanding of data warehouse and master data management approaches, ETL industry standards and best practices Expert SQL and database tuning skills for relational platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus Advanced Python programming skills Linux/Unix experience Intermediate to advanced skill level with Tableau or similar data analysis/visualization tools (Tableau specifically preferred) Familiarity with Revision Control Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Experience in a FinTech related company or in Digital Marketing a plus 5+ years experience developing data warehouse systems 3-5 years experience working in analytics or a data analysis related field Experience in a FinTech related company or in Digital Marketing Intermediate to advanced skill level with Tableau or similar data analysis/visualization tools (Tableau specifically preferred) Advanced SQL skills Intermediate R and/or Python programming skills Experience using relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle Working knowledge of descriptive statistics Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative or business related field (i.e. Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Marketing)
