Job Description:
Maintain Supply Chain KPIâ??s and supporting measurements. Work with internal customers to determine and apply the appropriate level of effectiveness measurements.
Analyze the supply chain for early detection of emerging issues and identify opportunities for improvements.
Coordinate information flow and communication to the Program Office, Commodity Teams, and Management.
Facilitate standardization solutions with the IT function leveraging existing customers.
Ensure customers (internal and external) have reliable reports which enable quick problem solving resolution and information.
Interface with IT Project Teams or Developers, Business Unit Subject Matter Experts, and Graphics staff in the design and development of appropriate programs, schedules, specific course materials and training tools.
Develop and implement formal training across the supply chain group. Ensure that the training materials are accessible and effective.
Bachelorâ??s Degree (vocational, professional, or advanced) in the fields of engineering, supply chain, or business.
Strong communication and influencing skills are needed to accomplish problem resolution and inform stake holders.
Ability to work in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity and fluidity, and with remote internal and external customers & suppliers based in different time zones.
