  • Must have experience with TFS and Point of Sale
  • Local candidates onlySummary Software quality assurance identifying, tracking and resolving defects.
  • This is achieved by gaining a comprehensive understanding of current applications and business requirements, executing a structured quality program, documenting issues and managing resolution.
  • This role will play in integral role in the software lifecycle ensuring that a quality product is delivered.
Major ResponsibilitiesSystems Testing:
  • Ability to analyze current applications and assess business requirements
  • Develop test plans and cases based on current business requirements
  • Execute functional, system and regression testing
  • Analyze results and document defects
  • Coordinate defect resolution with appropriate user and development resources
  • Identify and recommend usability improvements
  • Lead user acceptance testing by scheduling and conducting product demonstrations
  • Ensures testing environment are configured and maintained appropriatelySystem documentation:
  • Creates release documentation
  • Documents testing method and testing results
  • Performs and documents periodic regression testsProduction support:
  • Have full knowledge of products
  • Daily problem diagnosis
  • Resolution analysis
CorrectionExperience & SkillsEducation:
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree or equivalent experienceIndustry:
  • 2+ years\\\' experience in a relevant position. Experience working with web based applications.
Technical:
  • The position requires an individual with a strong interest and understanding of business and superior skills in systems analysis.
  • Experience in SQL, real time systems, .Net, call center environments and iSeries is helpful.
  • Must have experience using TFS.
Communication:
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills a must.
