JOB DESCRIPTION

• The candidate selected for this highly visible Financial Analyst role will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team and leadership of to drive results and support strategic decision making.
• The role will be driven by excellence and a quest for ongoing continuous improvement.
• This position will work closely with high-level enterprise Finance leaders to drive performance, and partner with various functional units to collect, analyze and transform data into meaningful and effective presentations for senior management.
  

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Drive process improvement initiatives within our global forecasting and reporting processes
  
• Perform critical analysis of financial results and key drivers affecting the business to provide meaningful insight and recommendations for senior leaders
  
• Partner with others to develop forecasts and budgets for various functional areas as well as consolidate internal financial reporting and forecasting
  
• Drive forecasting and internal reporting process improvement initiatives
  
• Provide support at quarter-ends with review of external financial reporting while assisting with preparation for earnings calls
  
• Performs other duties and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
  

Education and Training

• Bachelora??s degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business related field.
  

Experience

• Preferably 3-5 years of related experience
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment
  
• Strong understanding of accounting policies and financial processes
  
• Highly proficient with accounting systems, Excel and other analytic tools
  
• Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred
