Job Description:
Specific Responsibilities;
- Build and manage relationship with stakeholders and partners in the region
- Analyse revenue performance and trends in the AMER region Perform root-cause, identify problem statement and strive for alignment with stakeholders on timeline and approach to help partner
- Conduct deep-dive analysis at partner or market level and lead cross-functional project teams
- Provide direction on business priorities based on expected opportunity size
- Ownership of projects and initiatives Measure KPI performance, including revenue, competitive, and supply metrics
- Support Sales teams on business development initiatives and analysis request from EAN partners
- Develop economic models, tools, and processes to help analyse and drive revenue performance
- Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Provide recommendations to improve revenue to partners, stakeholders, and leadership team Analyse conversion rates and conversion drivers
- At least 3 years analysis experience in on line travel, online retail, banking or other data-intensive commercial environment Bachelors in Business, IT or quantitative discipline,
- Graduate degree preferred Good understanding of statistics with ability to apply to commercial problem solving
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data, ideally experience with Hadoop or similar tool with demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers online environment Solid SQL skills with ability to write
- SQL from scratch and good understanding of databases is required Good understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis in an easily understandable way by targeting messaging to the audience
- Experience with data visualization of large data sets preferred (i.e. Tableau)
- Experience with R and/or Python desirable (but not required)
