Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and optimize gaps in ongoing processes that may lead to suboptimal channel deployment and execution.
  • Develop, manage and measure a portfolio of experiments / discoveries to optimize the strategy
  • Testing, Iteration, and Analysis to optimize conversion levers: Develop and Optimize content and messaging to be used in the conversion process, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
  • Strategically leverage content for consumer engagement and conversion growth
  • Collaboration: Partner with the cross functional groups and channel owners to co-create new strategies to grow enrollment
  • Effective Influencing: Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive consensus to rollout the best solution and new strategies

Presentation: When required, presenting solutions to pressing problems in front of senior stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

  • Digital: 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Quantitative mindset: 2+ Years of data driven experience preferably in online direct marketing space
  • Passion for Customer Experience and Process improvements: Preferably in a B2C businesses strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial: Comfort with Fast paced and goal oriented environment
  • Bachelors in relevant discipline

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working within regulated industries such as services is a plus
