Description:

• As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the full spectrum of BI design/development and play a number of development-related roles within BI team.
• You will be asked to lead projects from inception and initial design, through development and testing.
• This includes writing SQL, designing and developing reports and creating dashboards by utilizing a number of different reporting tools.
• You will work with all levels of the organization as well as the Business Analyst to turn requirements into reports that provide valuable insight to both external and internal clients.
• You will also be asked to become a subject matter expert on all BI reporting systems and methodologies, as well as provide recommendations on making improvements.
  

Roles and Tasks:

• Design and develop reports using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)
  
• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures
  
• Assist in maintenance and development of business intelligence data architecture and ETL processes
  
• Test new reports and SQL logic for both accuracy and functionality
  
• Modify and troubleshoot existing reports as needed or requested
  
• Provide recommendations and contribute as a key strategic resource for strategic planning of BI systems and data architecture
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant work experience
  
• 5+ years of Business Intelligence Experience in a mid to large data warehouse environment
  
• 4+ years of experience with SSIS, SSRS
  
• Experience with SQL Server version 2012+ is required
  
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
