Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. Degree
- Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity (2-15) license required
- 5 years business to business sales/new business development experience
- Strong natural persuasiveness mindset and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of individual insurance, group health & welfare plans, retirement plans and regulatory compliance issues
- Knowledge of plan design techniques and financing methods
- Up-to-date technology skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Resilient and energetic
- Strong sense of urgency
- Risk taker by nature
- Empathetic with strong leadership skills
