Job Description

The Financial Analyst - Capital Transactions (??FA-CT?) coordinates with all levels of management to develop, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity and operating forecasts.
The FA-CT prepares analytical tools that are then recommended to and adopted by senior management to facilitate consistent and accurate analysis of potential investment and asset capitalization strategies.
The FA-CT is primarily responsible for the review of new investments and altering the structuring of existing properties.
In addition, the Financial Analyst develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and market segmentation concepts or techniques for trend analysis and investment planning.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with stringent deadline and accuracy requirements.
