Job description

The Following Is a Sample Of Duties For This Role
The ERP Administrator/Developer will manage and develop the Company\'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system incl. related software.
Oversee the performance and stability of Epicor ERP system
Work with departments to plan and create processes in Epicor through configuration, customization, and coding
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installations of new software packages or modifications aligned with Company goals
Respond to user requests relating to Epicor
Work with Epicor support to diagnose and resolve major issues and bugs
Develop training plans and conduct training for new and existing users
Develop and create reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL or other queries
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of any customization or changes made to Company software systems
Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performances
Assist in the identification, installation, and support any 3rd party integrations that support our processes
Assist department with computer system administration, including installation and configuration of software and hardware and moving equipment
Investigate recurring problems with software and determine if software patches or upgrades are required
