Role: Financial Analyst
Location:Crowley, TX
Required Skills:
- Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department management.
- Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry.
- Interacts with all stakeholders (business, operations, IT, executive team, sales) to understand business requirements and translate into analytics and reports
- Build dashboards, user acceptance testing, data integrity testing and reconciliation.
- Answer business questions with insightful analyses, including forecasting, and inventory and sales/cost analytics.
- Document and present analyses.
- Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
- Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
- Other duties as required.
Required Experience:
Required
- Four year college or university degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field..
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
Preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry preferred
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
- Completion of related MOOCs or certifications
