  • A men's and women's luxury footwear and accessories company is looking for a dynamic, personable, and energetic eCommerce Customer Care Representative to join the eCommerce team.
  • As a critical member of the team, you will receive training to become an expert in providing service and support to customers via phone and email to ensure that they are retained, satisfied, and their needs are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide extraordinary service to customers via phone and email
  • Act as an advocate for customers and be understanding and empathetic in all interactions
  • Place orders with customers and answer questions about products and services
  • Quickly identify a customers problem, report it correctly, and provide customers with reasonable solutions within company guidelines
  • Follow up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and product repairs
  • Ensure shipment of all eCommerce orders from both the distribution center and from stores while monitoring and processing declined orders, suspect orders and credit hold orders
