Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and reinforce Admissions processes and procedures and, through reporting mechanisms and data, make recommendations for improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Manage projects that support the vision, structure, and strategy of the Admissions team.
  • This includes preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
  • Use data analysis to make business decisions that influence policy, procedures, and training internally.
  • This includes preparing and presenting to senior leadership with recommendations based on data driven findings.
  • Coordinate new hire on-boarding and play a key role in the training and development of admissions employees for lead processing. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare report analytics and report queues for distribution.
  • Maintain and update the lead routing process based on current metrics and historical data.
  • Track and monitor quality service metrics to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Manage graduation bonus program.
  • Work as liaison between Admissions and other University departments to ensure consistent and timely compliance with University policy.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor??s degree in business or related field desired (not required).
  • 1-3 years of Admissions experience in higher education environment.
  • Highly proficient with technology including intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated high level of accuracy.
  • Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Exposure to report building using Power Pivot.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • General knowledge of higher education market and industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, administrators, staff, faculty and outside constituencies to convey University information, as described above.
  • Strong working knowledge of the US Military to serve our students who are Active Duty, Reserve, Veteran, or military spouses.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Admissions operations learning objectives and training proficiencies.
  • Results oriented with the ability to multi-task, and to efficiently succeed within strict deadlines Excellent written skills.
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policy, use independent decision making skills, handle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, work with the public and be a team player.
