Job Description:
- Provides varying degrees of Administrative and Business Analysis support on assigned projects, as directed by the project manager
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Elicits and documents requirements that can be readily translated to Salesforce.com-specific design and construction deliverables.
- Constructs Salesforce.com solutions
- Executes QA and testing activities, in conjunction with or independent of other Quality Services associates assigned to the project
- Possesses strong Salesforce skills to understand how changes may impact entire user base
- Participates on tactical requests as required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to help internally ??sell? and ??service? customers and their user groups (bilingual in English/French an advantage)
- Builds strong relationships with customers and user groups to ensure proper use of the application
- Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year)
- Communicates regularly with business owners, IT management, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Maintains at least high-level familiarity with other IT system /business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points. (Strong knowledge of other IT systems is very helpful.)
- Serves as platform subject matter expert, educating or informing colleagues and customer groups on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce
- Serves as liaison with IT technical resources in service areas related to the platform
