Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated business analyst to work as a functional member of a Scrum Development team that supports the corporate ERP and Business Intelligence solutions at.
• You will work collaboratively, in sprints, with development team members and product owners to create new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes for our corporate systems.
• Additionally, you will provide support for Merchandising and Customer Service teams.
  

What You ll Do

• Deliver quality functional design in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3 (ERP)for business processes throughout the supply chain and lend a hand to team members in other functional areas when needed.
  
• Conduct extensive testing of AX customizations and Business Intelligence reporting.
  
• Participate in Scrum Team ceremonies: daily scrum stand-up meeting, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  
• Support the Merchandising teams in market preparation by maintaining existing integrations for systems that generate linesheets and allow for sales order in-take on iPads(JOOR).
  
• Support Customer Service team with existing integrations between JOOR >AX, EDI translator and AX

Qualifications

Who You Are

• You have experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  
• You prefer working on group projects.
  
• You are familiar with Microstrategy or other Business Intelligence tools.
  
• You are willing to delegate your work to others if you become very busy.
  
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can effectively communicate them.
  
• You understand EDI as it relates to wholesale sales to US department stores.
  
• You are a strategic thinker willing to diplomatically question the status quo and bring forth innovative business and system solutions.
  
• You have experience working with 3rd party logistics warehouses.
  
• You can be politely persuasive when implementing new business processes to audiences that are change-adverse.
  
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
