Primaryduties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Drives client management and planning including understanding program value, vision, and measures of success.
  • Acts as the primary client partner for solution implementation and client service.
  • Monitors, manages, and communicates our overall value and proposition.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for clients, proactively identifying opportunities to address client objectives (e.g., improve cost of care for their members).
  • Partners with our teams to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client via our solutions.
  • Leads sales expansion activities including management and delivery of timely and accurate sales pipeline forecasting.
  • Drives contract renewal/negotiation, including ensuring pricing and contract terms are aligned with company\'s profitability targets.
  • May Advise/train/mentor lower level Client Management staff.
Skills andCertifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in business ortechnology consulting, health plan/benefits management Strong analytical andproblem-solving skillsMBArequired for Junior Role For Senior Role MBA Preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to servingclients
  • Ability to collaborate with bothinternal and external partners Proficient with office automation tools(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with health plan management would be a plus.
  • Ability to travel 20-30 percent of the time
  • Excellent communication skills,including written, oral, presentation, and listening
