Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish annual B2X targets for revenue, margin and OPEX (aligned with commercial managers), then work to deliver these targets in the Americas
  • Grow and report on B2X membership within the appropriate professional audiences
  • Responsible for fundamental ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and AOV for the B2X consumer
  • Increase the number of shop pros that are trained on our products through the online training platform
  • Develop and report on the quality of the B2X site experience compared to industry benchmarks and internal standards of excellence
  • Define and effectively communicate all B2X ecommerce requirements for in-house platform, toolbox, site experience, training modules, services, etc. that are necessary to win online
  • Develop new B2X experiences including expansions into new geographics, devices, and brands
  • Support brand strategies by acquiring customers that match their target audience, helping with B2X consumer inquiries, and prioritizing online bugs and improvements
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and outages across regions and brands to reduce duplication of effort
  • Manage B2X third-party relationships including Experticitys marketing calendar, training modules, and annual contract updates
  • Work closely with the brand e-shops managers to ensure alignment between the portfolio-portal and the brand e-shops
  • Manages digital communication and engagement with the B2X consumer by translating the brands marketing calendars into B2X-relevant campaigns
  • This role requires a Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years experience in E commerce, preferably within the sporting goods industry.

  • Microsoft Office, SAP, Adobe Analytics, Magento, Salesforce & Drupal
  • Additional experience in Digital Marketing and Project Management a plus
